just want to say this dealer is honestly super helpful. I’ve owned several different car brands over the years, so I’ve dealt with a bunch of service departments, and this one is by far at the top of my list. Their customer service is on point—from the service advisors to the techs. They’ve answered all my questions, and even the master tech went on a drive with me to confirm the issue was fixed. That’s next-level service.
They even pick up your car from your house and drop it off when it’s done. Can’t ask for better. Huge thanks to Sam in service and Jason from the shop for their great communication and understanding. They definitely earned my business.

I just had my Jeep Wrangler serviced at my house by the mobile technicians from Greenway. Oil change and five-tire rotation. The techs working on the vehicle were fantastic, and the work was top notch. This is a new service they are providing, even if you didn't purchase the vehicle from them. There is no extra fee for the service and my vehicle never left the garage. No more driving to the shop for routine maintenance. Looking forward to getting my other Ford vehicles serviced next.

I would like to share an experience. I purchased a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica from Greenway motors on route 6 west in Morris IL in late 2023. Gabe Villa was our salesman and he not only did a superb job at the time, he was able and willing to help me a year and a half later when we had trouble. We had recently moved to southeast Alabama to be near our son and I lost connection of the navigation system in the Pacifica. The Chrysler dealer down here said they couldn't connect it back up and I needed to call uconnect. After three people gave me the run around, the fourth lady said that my account for my phone was disconnected. I called Gabe up in Morris to see if the record of my sale showed what the car was supposed to have. Gabe went one step further and sent me instructions on how to hook the phone back up and bring up Android auto which brings back up the navigation system. I hope someone looking to buy a car in the Morris, IL area will consider going to Greenway motor and specifically to Gabe Villa as their dealer and salesman of choice.
